Capturing Moments in Watercolor

Welcome to my art gallery, where I share with you some fleeting but significant moments that I decided to capture with my paintings. Watercolor is a deceptively difficult medium, requiring decisive brushstrokes and, perhaps more importantly, careful planning. It is this phase, often much longer than the actual application of paint to paper, that I find most stimulating and which reinforces a new way to see the world around me.

What motivates me to paint

„In my art, I am fascinated by the play of light and atmosphere, the mood of a landscape, and the unvoiced stories of figures captured in their everyday moments. Through my paintings, I aim to elevate scenes that are not typically regarded as beautiful, finding a unique beauty in the mundane or the overlooked.

I am particularly drawn to the places where I live and those I cherish - these are not just locations, but settings where light, mood, and atmosphere converge to tell a story. My goal is to capture these fleeting moments, offering a perspective that encourages viewers to find beauty and significance in the spaces and scenes that form the backdrop of our lives.”
